Campground Rules
- REGISTRATION – Campers and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. All guests must be 21 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Passes must be displayed in vehicle window. Day visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 pm.
- CHECK IN & CHECK OUT – Campsite check in is at 3 p.m. and check out time is at 2 p.m. Rental units check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 12 p.m. (noon).
- SPEED LIMIT – Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit. There are lots of children.
- PETS – Pets are allowed but must be leashed and kept under control. Dogs may not be left unattended while campers are away from the campground. Campers must clean up after their pets. No pitbulls, rottweilers, dobermans, or a mixture of these breeds are allowed in the campground. Pets must be controlled and quiet. Limit of 3 pets per site.
- RESTROOMS – We ask your help in keeping our restrooms clean. If you are swimming, please use the restrooms designated for swimmers at the far end of the building. Do not wash dishes and utensils in the sinks. Empty porta potties at dump station only. No smoking in restrooms.
- POOL – Open 10 am to dusk. NO GLASS containers are permitted in the pool and patio area. NO FOOD OR DRINKS INSIDE THE POOL FENCE. Children under 14 MUST be with an adult. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. No diving or flips from pool deck. Posted signs must be obeyed. Swimsuits only; no cutoffs or T-shirts. Please use the restrooms designated for swimmers at the far end of the building.
- SWIM POND – Open 9:00 am to dusk. NO LIFE GUARDS ON DUTY. Children under 14 must be with an adult age 18 or older. NO GLASS CONTAINERS are permitted on the beach and water. No food or drinks on the beach or in the pond. Posted signs must be obeyed. Please use restroom by the pond or main building.
- BIKES – No bike riding after dark. Bikes are not allowed on sidewalks.
- QUIET HOUR – 10:30 pm. Music and voices should not be heard beyond your campsite. Also no games or card playing outside your camper.
- CHILDREN – Must be in their campsites by 10:30 pm. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
- TABLES – One picnic table is provided for each campsite. Do not take tables from other campsites.
- CAMPFIRES – Permitted in fire rings only and must be a reasonable size. Do not move fire rings. Use the fire ring at your site. Do not leave your fire unattended. Do not throw bottles or cans into fire. Do not burn garbage, plastic, or any recyclable. Extinguish your fire when retiring for the night or leaving your campsite. Wood may be purchased at the store.
- FIREWORKS & FIREARMS – Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited. Firearms and archery equipment may not be used on the campground. This includes BB guns, pellet guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, and any type of firearms or explosives.
- EMERGENCY – Emergency telephone number is 911. There is a 911 only phone available in the pool area while the pool is open.
- LITTER – Please be responsible for your own litter including cigarettes. Please leave your campsite as clean or cleaner than you found it.
- NO REFUNDS – Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature or if you leave early.
- POLICIES – Our policies are established to assure the comfort of our campers and guests. If you or your guests are not willing to follow these policies, we will ask you to leave. There are no refunds.
- PERSONAL & PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITY – Grand Valley Campground, LLC. assumes no responsibility for injury or accident to campers or guests. Campers and guests should take normal precautions against loss of money and valuables. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
- GARBAGE & RECYCLING – Recycling is the law in Wisconsin. Your help is needed. Please separate garbage, recyclables, and aluminum cans and place in bins provided.
- GOLF CARTS & ATVS/UTVS – Golf Carts, ATV’s, and UTV’s are not allowed in the campground.
